Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have come under renewed scrutiny as speculation grows over a possible return to the UK for the upcoming Invictus Games.
Royal commentator Angela Levin claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex may be seeking a reconciliation with the Royal Family for personal gain, rather than a genuine desire to rebuild strained relationships.
Addressing reports of a potential reunion, Levin wrote: “It’s not a dream reunion. It is a pathway to gather money, power, and give Meghan all she wants.”
She further suggested that maintaining royal ties could benefit the couple’s public profile and influence.
The comments follow reports that King Charles quietly met with Harry and his family at his Highgrove home in July. According to Express.co.uk, the gathering was arranged privately and at short notice, with the King reportedly keen to spend time with his younger son and grandchildren.
A source claimed the meeting was handled with strict discretion, saying: “Everyone was sworn to secrecy so that the meeting could remain private.”
While discussions about Harry and Meghan’s next UK visit continue, the reported reunion has sparked fresh debate over whether the Sussexes and the Royal Family could move towards a more peaceful relationship.
